Your information is used by CJ to optimize Services as is the agreement between Users and CJ. Part of this are contacts with Users such as job alert emails, or more general mailings. This information may be collected and transferred to wherever CJ does business. The information will then be subject to other countries’ legal systems. By using CJ, you irrevocably consent to the use of all personal data in our possession. If you do not consent to this, please leave this website immediately.

Sharing with Employers
Employers use CJ to search for employees, either via online job posting or resume database search. Your information is shared with them. To become Users, Employers agree to our T & C and PP, nevertheless CJ does not accept responsibility and/or liability for Employers use and safeguard of Job Seekers’ information.
Job Seekers have actively to apply for a job posting and must allow full information display for Employers. If you do not want an Employer to see your personal information, you have to turn the Confidentiality setting on.
Sharing with Third-Parties
CJ will not disclose Users' personal information to third parties that want to market to the User. However, CJ may disclose all or part of the information to third parties which assist it for transactions or for the provision of services for you (e.g., credit card transactions, etc…). Additionally, CJ may disclose information when required by the authorities in response to activities that are or could be unlawful or a violation of CJ T & C for use of its website or to protect and defend the rights of CJ.
Users can terminate this agreement at any time. By email to email@example.com or by delisting, using the online facility. The termination will be final once the User has received confirmation by email. CJ has the right to terminate any User account at any time.
CJ has installed the best possible security processes to protect your personal information from loss or misuse. CJ regularly updates its security processes with the intent of safeguarding the information held by CJ.

CJ tries to maintain accurate User information. You can ask for the information gathered about you by emailing CJ. Upon receipt and after appropriate identification, CJ will give you access to your personal information. If you see inaccuracies, please inform CJ.
